Job summary

Kinder Morgan Southeast Terminals is seeking a Supervisory/Ops leader to oversee daily safe, efficient operations and maintenance at KMST Spartanburg or Athens terminals. You will supervise terminal operators and technicians, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, incident response, regulatory knowledge, and coordination with regulators, customers, and internal teams for reports, budgeting, and project execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend written materials and perform related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Terminal Operators, Technicians and Coordinator-Ops to safely operate and maintain terminals.
• Manage employee performance, schedules, overtime, PTO, timesheets, expenses, onboarding and training, and other personnel matters.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory and company operating requirements; participate in inspections and audits; coordinate with regulators and stakeholders.
