Kinder Morgan, Inc. is seeking a Southeast Terminals Supervisor-Ops to oversee daily safe and economical operation of terminal facilities at KMST Spartanburg or Athens. You will supervise operators, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, incident command readiness, and collaboration with regulatory agencies, customers, and internal teams to maintain safety and efficiency in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating/maintaining liquid pipeline systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, PTO, timesheets, and personnel matters.
• Effective communication with regulatory agencies, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Terminal Operators and Technicians to safely operate terminals.
• Oversee performance, scheduling, and personnel matters.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, inspections, and audits.
• Act as Incident Commander for emergencies and lead the Emergency Response Team.
• Prepare and maintain reports on safety, maintenance, and operations.
• Coordinate with right-of-way owners and Business Development as needed.
