Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or 4+ years equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety training program for all personnel.
• Coordinate with rail, trucking and vessel companies to maintain operations.
• Train subordinates in bulk material handling.
• Manage unloading of lake and ocean vessels.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Understand environmental regulations and ensure compliance.
• Analyze and resolve work problems; drive accountability.
• Schedule Union employees and coordinate shifts in a 24/7 operation.
