Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Terminal Manager in the United States (Georgia). This role provides P&L responsibility and operational leadership for the station, driving profitability, service quality, and regulatory compliance across domestic, international, and local cartage product lines.

You will develop business in the region, lead staff, and coordinate with customers and vendors to meet service metrics and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred or HS diploma with equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in logistics with international and domestic exposure.
• Minimum three years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience managing full P&L is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all station functions to meet service agreements.
• Oversee profitability and service for Domestic, International, and Local Cartage.
• Review and approve SOPs to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Review tariffs and RFQs to maximize station profitability.
• Recruit, retain, and develop station staff.
• Market services to new customers and meet metrics.
• Communicate directives and maintain relationships with staff.
• Ensure timely billing and posting of transactions.
• Manage station profits and losses.
• Support QMS objectives and foster growth mindset.
