Job summary

ITS Logistics in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Terminal Coordinator to support dock operations for a major customer. You will help ensure on-time driver arrivals and departures, maintain safety standards, and verify paperwork accuracy.

The role requires the ability to work nights (Sun-Wed 8:00 PM–6:30 AM), coordinate with drivers and facility staff, and update systems to keep the team informed and aligned with performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet, transportation, warehouse operations or 3PL is strongly desired.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced, deadline-driven situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers adhere to terminal flow on site.
• Work collaboratively with drivers to ensure on time arrival and departures.
• Monitor trailer pool to proactively elevate equipment shortages.
• Complete safety checklists for every load entering and departing the facility.
• Interact with facility staff, drivers, and ITS team members in a professional and respectful manner.
• Escalate all safety violations to ITS Reno Center leadership.
• Communicate safety expectations to drivers and team members proactively.
• Verify all information on paperwork is correct.
• Update applicable systems with the most up to date information for the team to have visibility and transparency of operations.
