• Direct supervision of staff including clerical and labor.
• Recruitment of company drivers and dispatch management.
• Manage internal policies and daily operating procedures.
• Interface with customers to ensure satisfaction and accountability for KPIs.
• Oversee monthly P&L review and production quality reports.
