Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) seeks a regional operations leader to oversee the day-to-day functions, personnel management, and customer service within a defined geographic region.

You will promote safe work behaviors, supervise drivers, manage staff development, forecast performance against budgets, build customer relationships, and maximize asset utilization while ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business related field or equivalent business experience in the transportation industry.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
