Bulk Environmental & Industrial is seeking a Terminal Operations Coordinator in Raleigh/Morrisville, NC. The role blends driver supervision with fleet maintenance coordination and administrative duties, serving as the hub for maintenance activity and DVIR processing.

The ideal candidate is organized, bilingual (English/Spanish), and able to manage schedules, safety compliance, and vendor communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of local dispatch or fleet maintenance admin experience.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, hours-of-service, and maintenance records.
• Experience with dispatch software and CMMS.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, clerical, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Driver supervision: schedule, routes, safety, conduct, and payroll timing.
• Maintenance coordination: manage repair orders, DVIRs, and vendor coordination.
• Purchasing and reporting: issue POs, reconcile invoices, monitor PM compliance.
• Maintain open lines of communication with drivers, vendors, and management.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards are upheld.
