Heidelberg Materials is seeking a hands-on Terminal Operator in the United States to support loading and unloading operations, perform equipment maintenance, and ensure accurate inventory control. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork within a fast-paced terminal environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks and railcars.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of terminal equipment.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and inventory management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the terminal.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
