Qualifications

• Ph.D. by start date.
• Demonstrated excellence or clear potential in teaching graduate-level courses in educational leadership content areas.
• Strong record or clear potential for high-quality research in school leadership.
• Demonstrated excellence or clear potential in mentoring and advising graduate students on evaluation and/or research projects.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in school leadership and/or education research at the graduate level (masters and doctoral), with possible undergraduate teaching.
• Mentor doctoral students in research.
• Engage in high levels of research activity and publication.
• Demonstrate leadership at department, school, and university levels.
