Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence or clear potential in teaching graduate-level courses in educational leadership content areas.
• Strong record or clear potential for high-quality research in school leadership.
• Mentoring and advising graduate students on evaluation and/or research projects.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate courses in school leadership and education research, with some undergraduate teaching.
• Mentor doctoral students in research and advise doctoral candidates.
• Engage in high levels of research activity and publication.
