Qualifications

• PhD in Educational Leadership or a related field completed by start date.
• Evidence of teaching graduate-level courses in educational leadership.
• Strong research record or potential in school leadership.
• Experience mentoring/advising graduate students on theses or dissertations.
• Experience as a school leader or in higher education leadership preferred.
• Deep methodological expertise in quantitative or qualitative methods.
• Understanding of educational foundations (philosophy of education, ethics, multiculturalism, equity).

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate courses in school leadership and education research.
• Mentor doctoral students and advise on theses/dissertations.
• Engage in high levels of research activity and publication.
• Collaborate with colleagues to advance degree programs in EDLF.
