Qualifications

• Mastery of digital photography from capture to final output.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One.
• Strong knowledge of lighting for studio and location work.
• Effective communication and collaboration with students, faculty, and industry partners.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and supporting diverse student populations.
• Demonstrated professional achievements through exhibitions, publications, or commissions.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in photography (commercial, digital, studio lighting, post-production).
• Develop and deliver instruction in image capture, color-managed workflow, editing, retouching, and presentation.
• Incorporate Adobe CC and Capture One into coursework and teaching.
• Advise and mentor students on portfolios, internships, and career readiness.
• Participate in curriculum development, program assessment, and facility/resource improvements.
• Teach a variety of course loads including day/evening/online/hybrid across multiple campuses.
