Nevada State University is seeking part-time adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate photography and cinematography courses in person in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. Adjunct instructors are compensated at $1,160 per credit hour, with each course worth three credits.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in photography/cinematography in accordance with established course objectives and departmental standards.
• Prepare and deliver engaging instruction that promotes student learning and academic success.
• Develop and maintain course materials, assignments, assessments, and grading criteria as appropriate.
• Utilize instructional technologies and learning management systems to support teaching and communication.
• Collaborate with department faculty and staff as needed to support program and student success.
