Qualifications

  • PhD in Speech-Language Pathology or related area.
  • ASHA Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
  • Earned Doctorate degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality classroom instruction to undergraduate and graduate students in communication sciences and disorders.
  • Develop and maintain a productive research program in area of expertise.
  • Engage in citizenship responsibilities in the department, university, and profession.
  • Mentor undergraduate and graduate students in teaching and research efforts.
  • Support the goals and mission of Brigham Young University, the McKay School of Education and Department of Communication Disorders.
