Job summary

Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC) seeks a full-time Tenure-Track Faculty member in the Business Administration Department to teach and develop curriculum across Management, Marketing, and general Business, including CIT 110 (Applications and Concepts) with MS Windows and MS Office.

The candidate will evaluate student outcomes, employ varied teaching strategies, participate in program assessment, and contribute to department initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of teaching experience, preferably at college level.
• Ability to teach CIT 110 (Applications and Concepts) with proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office.
• Experience with anti-bias and culturally responsive education.
• Proven ability to work with diverse faculty, staff, and students.

Responsibilities

• Teach and develop curriculum in Management, Marketing, general Business, and CIT 110 (Applications and Concepts) including MS Windows and MS Office.
• Evaluate student performance using outcomes-based assessments.
• Use diverse teaching strategies to promote critical-thinking.
• Participate in program assessment to set goals and objectives for courses.
• Incorporate new technologies to facilitate learning.
• Maintain expertise and currency in area of teaching.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Teach online, hybrid, and remote modalities.
• Participate in department service and college life per MCCC Agreement.
