Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 18+ semester hours in graduate Business Admin courses.
• Teaching experience in higher education or community college settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to design and update curricula and instructional materials.

Responsibilities

• Teaches a full range of business courses and specialty areas as assigned.
• Prepares syllabi, lectures, and course materials; assigns and grades work.
• Advises students on academics and career options.
• Maintains office hours and participates in committees.
• Contributes to program development and curriculum revision.
