Job summary

Bunker Hill Community College is seeking a full-time faculty member in the Department of Business Administration to teach and develop curricula in Management, Marketing, general Business, and CIT 110 (Applications and Concepts) with emphasis on MS Windows and MS Office.

Ideal candidates will have a master's degree in Business, 3–5 years of college teaching experience, and a commitment to advising students while participating in college service and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or a relevant field.
• Three to five years of teaching experience, preferably at the college level.
• Ability to teach CIT 110 (Applications and Concepts) including proficiency with MS Windows and the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Teach and develop curriculum in the Business Administration Department, with primary responsibilities in Management, Marketing, general Business, and CIT 110 (Applications and Concepts).
• Evaluate student performance using outcomes-based assessments.
• Promote critical-thinking through varied teaching strategies and develop instructional materials aligned with course objectives.
• Participate in program assessment and department objectives, and assist in setting course standards.
• Use new technologies to facilitate learning and stay current in the discipline.
• Teach in online, hybrid, and remote modalities.
• Engage in department service and college life, per bargaining agreement obligations.
