The successful candidate will teach Masters and Doctoral-level courses, supervise doctoral student research, and contribute to recruitment and service activities within the School of Education.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or other terminal degree in Educational Administration or related field.
• Evidence of an emerging research agenda.
• Evidence/potential for excellence in teaching and mentorship
• Evidence/potential for service to the university, community, and profession
• Evidence of teaching excellence at the K12 or Postsecondary level is desirable.
• Demonstrable expertise in teaching students from diverse backgrounds.
• Leadership experience in a K12 or Postsecondary setting.

Responsibilities

• Teach Masters and Doctoral-level courses in Educational Administration (3/3 load).
• Provide service to the department, college, community, and the profession.
• Pursue scholarly productivity in educational administration/leadership or related areas.
• Supervise doctoral student research and advise students.
• Recruit students and contribute to grant-seeking efforts.
