Qualifications

• PhD in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a closely related field with earned degrees from accredited institutions.
• Record of scholarly research and publication.
• Three or more years of managerial experience in the US construction industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to secure external funding, grants, and industry support.
• Expertise in emerging and digital construction technologies (AI, BIM, AR/VR).

Responsibilities

• Teach core construction management courses at undergraduate and graduate levels, in face-to-face and distance formats.
• Develop and maintain curriculum and student learning outcomes aligned with accreditation standards.
• Establish an active research program with external funding and collaborations.
• Mentor capstone projects, theses, and graduate research, and supervise student activities.
• Contribute to service, program assessment, accreditation efforts, and strategic planning.
