Kohler Co. seeks an Assistant Tournament Coordinator for the Sports Core to help organize in-house group events and tournaments in Kohler, WI.

This hourly, part-time role requires coordinating event details, staff communication, and racquet stringing support on weekends and varying hours from 8:00am to 9:00pm. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of tennis event experience, strong customer service and computer skills, and may have an Associate's degree.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience working with tennis events or tournaments.
• Associates degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills are necessary.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-house group events and tournaments.
• String member and guest racquets and assist with assigned duties.
• Prepare event/tournament information sheets and communicate details to staff.
• Coordinate tournament setup and execution; assist with other events as needed.
• Support Racquet Sports Department operations, including stringing and gripping.
