Responsibilities include coordinating classes, tournaments, and pro-shop activities while ensuring safety and high service standards. Requires leadership and tennis certifications, plus eligibility to work in the US. This is a part-time onsite position with weekend and weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience at a high caliber club or resort.
• Nationally recognized tennis certifications (PTR, RSPA).
• Commission level: 52% for eligible performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial and marketing plans.
• Plan and facilitate tennis/pickleball classes.
• Provide racquet restringing and grip services as applicable.
• Plan programs to maximize court usage and drive participation.
• Schedule and promote tournaments per governing guidelines.
• Maintain records for lessons and tournaments.
