Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Director of Retail on vendor selection, product offerings, and buying decisions for the Racquets Shop.
• Manage special orders, process invoices, and notify members of order status.
• Create visually appealing merchandise displays and maintain pricing consistency.
• Process invoices promptly and reconcile vendor statements with Business Office.
• Perform monthly inventory counts and report results to the Business Office.
• Unbox, tag, and organize new merchandise; manage stock levels and reorders.
• Attend vendor meetings to stay current on market trends and buying strategies.
• Assist with administrative duties at the Racquets Shop counter and in Paylocity scheduling.
• Support payroll duties and event planning as needed.
