Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director of Retail on vendor selection, product offerings, and buying decisions for the Racquets Shop.
• Manage all special orders, including placing orders with vendors, receiving invoices, billing members, and notifying them when orders arrive or are delayed.
• Create visually appealing merchandise displays that enhance the membership shopping experience.
• Ensure all invoices are processed and submitted promptly.
• Review monthly vendor statements and reconcile invoices with the Business Office.
• Unbox, tag, and fold/hang new merchandise collections.
• Monitor inventory needs and communicate reorders to ensure timely replenishment.
• Attend vendor shows in February and August to stay current on market trends.
• Maintain member pricing consistency for merchandise.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and report results.
