Job summary

Agmgolf is seeking a Regional Retail Coordinator to assist the Regional Director of Retail in organizing and executing merchandising across golf shops, corporate outlets, and tournaments. You will create compelling displays, manage inventory, and coordinate mobile pro shops for events.

You will train staff on products and trends, support promotional plans, and ensure back-of-house operations run smoothly. Weekend/evening availability and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail management experience.
• Customer service oriented with ability to deal with people at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Passionate and knowledgeable regarding retail industry.
• Must have fundamental computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office and POS software.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to different working environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Director of Retail in organizing and executing merchandising across golf shops, corporate and tournament retail.
• Create visually appealing displays for softgoods and hardgoods and refresh regularly.
• Utilize sales reports to manage inventory, initiate re-orders or markdowns, and communicate trends.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and ensure procedures follow HP/GM financial expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and up-to-code standards.
• Coordinate and run mobile pro shops, billing and follow-ups for outside tournaments.
• Handle tournament package retail orders and distribution at tournaments.
• Train and motivate golf shop staff on new products and trends.
• Support annual and seasonal promotional plan execution.
• Oversee back-of-house duties including receiving, tagging, stocking, and payables reconciliation.
