Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Tennis Coordinator to direct daily Tennis Programs and Life Shop operations. You will manage scheduling in BOSS, coordinate program registrations and billing, and support the Tennis Manager with the department business plan and marketing efforts.

You will also oversee Life Shop inventory, orders, merchandising and maintenance of the business. The role includes training staff on policies, maintaining accurate live inventory, and ensuring timely clock-in for all team

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling of lessons, programs, drills/clinics, leagues and court time accurately.
Maintain live inventory in the BOSS system.
Collaborate with Tennis Manager on business objectives and marketing strategies to boost revenue.
Complete monthly Cost of Goods Tracker and update the Order Calendar as orders change.
Work 10-15 hours at the desk to ensure efficient operations and service.
Train and develop team members on Tennis and Life Shop policies and procedures.
Ensure team members clock in/out correctly.
