Job summary

Ansley Golf Club is seeking an Assistant Director of Racquet Sports to support the Director in overseeing the tennis program at our Atlanta facility. You will schedule staff, help evaluate performance, and promote all tennis programming for adults and members.

You may lead the program in the Director's absence and assist with promotions and events. The role emphasizes strong leadership, teaching ability, and proven communication skills to foster participation across the club’s tennis activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field.
• USPTA or PTR certification is required.
• Two years of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs club tennis activities, events, exhibitions, tournaments, and lessons.
• Manage ladies tennis league teams (ALTA and USTA) and related programming.
• Communicates with members to promote participation in events and instruction.
• Plans instructional programs with the Director and directs social events.
• Maintains records of lessons and coordinates with staff for performance evaluations.
• Represent the club in professional tennis activities and national events when approved.
