Qualifications

• 2-4 years as a Head Tennis Professional with prior supervisory experience.
• 10+ years of tennis experience in competitive play and 5+ years teaching experience.
• Membership in either the USPTA or the USPTR organization.
• Excellent communication skills including oral, written, and listening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the club's tennis program including marketing lessons and tournaments.
• Demonstrate financial success of tennis programs.
• Organize community pickleball events.
• Motivate and lead team members.
