Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Peachtree Corners, GA seeks a dedicated leader to direct the Adult tennis program. You will set the program vision, develop strategies from concept to execution, and drive revenue and profitability while managing budget and staffing.

Responsibilities include teaching private and group lessons, creating exceptional member experiences, and ensuring facilities are safe, clean and well organized. You will collaborate with the Tennis Manager and attend meetings.

Qualifications

• Requires USPTA and/or PTR certification; CPR/AED within 30 days.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
• Thorough tennis knowledge and effective teaching skills.
• Excellent communication, time management and organization.
• Comfortable with all age groups and building relationships.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Teach private and group tennis lessons; average on-court time ~28 hours/week.
• Lead and manage the Adult program with strategies to grow revenue and control expenses.
• Create exceptional member experiences with safe, professional lessons; ensure facilities are clean and organized.
• Attend required team meetings and one-on-one meetings with the manager.
