Overview: Assist the head coach with organizing and directing all aspects of a collegiate program, with a focus on recruiting qualified student-athletes and supporting their personal, athletic, and academic success. This is a part-time appointment with duties including recruiting, travel management, scheduling, player development, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of recruiting prospective qualified student-athletes.
• Assist in the development and supervision of practice and game planning.
• Assist with the organization of team travel.
• Demonstrate technical skills at the collegiate level.
• Assist with fundraising.
• Ensure compliance with all College, NCAA Division III and CNE policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as required by the Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Previous coaching experience at the secondary and/or college level preferred
