Job summary

LMC Le Moyne College is seeking an Assistant Coach for Men’s and Women’s Tennis responsible for assisting in a high-quality NCAA Division I program. This position includes 75% instructional duties and 25% recruitment and administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of collegiate tennis experience, and excellent communication skills. The pay range is $17,000 annually, and the role reports to the Head Coach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of progressive experience in a collegiate tennis program with proven recruiting success.
• Knowledge of NCAA and NEC conference rules as they pertain to tennis.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification and completion of NCAA DI recruiting education modules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with NCAA compliance and documentation.
• Manage budget requests and related paperwork.
• Support enrollment priorities and gender equity planning.
• Respond to prospective student-athlete inquiries.
• Monitor student-athlete academic progress.
• Coordinate scheduling, facilities, and travel for contests.
• Assist with fundraising activities and community partnerships.
• Attend conferences for professional development.
