Job summary

Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY, seeks an Assistant Coach for Men’s Lacrosse to support a Division I program within NCAA and institutional policies. The role blends instructional duties with recruiting, academic support, and departmental service.

The successful candidate will coordinate with the Head Coach and athletic staff, assist with compliance, enrollment management, and program operations, and uphold Le Moyne’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience recruiting student-athletes is preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference and institutional rules.
• Assist in enrollment management and recruitment initiatives.
• Coordinate with athletic department staff on academic support and program operations.
• Support fundraising and community service activities.
• Supervise and mentor student-athletes and staff as assigned.
