Job summary

Apprentice Tennis Professional Club in Plano, Texas is seeking an Apprentice Tennis Professional to learn and grow into a certified tennis professional. You will teach private and group lessons and apply Life Time's Play Learn Love, and SMART (Juniors) methodologies, focusing on student-centered learning and rally-based instruction.

You will build your client book and revenue to meet personal and department goals while providing excellent member service to drive referrals and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Effective teaching styles and techniques for tennis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with all age groups and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during tennis lessons on techniques and strategies.
• Develops safe, professional lessons and programs to foster progression and positive NPS.
• Creates exceptional member experiences through programs, tournaments, events, and marketing tools.
• Participates in club sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Member Activities.
• Attends department and all-club meetings.
