Apprentice Tennis Professional Club in Centennial, Colorado seeks an Apprentice Tennis Professional to learn the pro role, pursue certification, and teach private and group lessons following Life Time’s Play Learn Love and SMART (Juniors) methods.

Grow your book and revenue while delivering member-centric service, tying lessons to club events, and aligning with the Life Time brand. This entry-level role emphasizes student-centered, rally-based teaching and career growth within our tennis program.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• CPR and AED Certified within 30 days of hire
• Excellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude
• Thorough knowledge of tennis and effective teaching styles
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
• Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships with members and team members
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during tennis lessons on proper techniques and strategies
• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive tennis lessons and programs
• Creates exceptional member experiences by involving members with programs, tournaments and events
• Participates in the system wide sales effort with Membership Advisors and Member Activities
