Life Time Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking an entry-level tennis instructor to grow toward certification. You will teach private and group lessons, apply Play Learn Love and SMART methodologies, and emphasize student-centered, rally-based teaching.

Responsibilities include monitoring lessons, creating safe programs, delivering member experiences, and supporting club marketing and sales. Requires HS diploma, CPR/AED within 30 days, and a positive attitude; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent.
CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire.
Excellent customer service, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
Thorough knowledge of tennis with effective teaching styles.

Responsibilities

Instruct students during tennis lessons on techniques and strategies to improve their game.
Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive tennis lessons and programs for ongoing involvement and positive Net Promoter Score.
Create exceptional member experiences by involving members in programs, tournaments and events, using available marketing tools.
Participate in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Member Activities, attending department and all-club meetings.
