Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of tennis and effective teaching styles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization.
• Ability to work with all ages and build positive member relationships.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students during tennis lessons on techniques and strategies.
• Develop safe, professional tennis lessons and programs for pathways.
• Create member experiences through programs, events, and marketing tools.
• Participate in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors.
