You will teach private and group tennis lessons, apply Life Time’s Play Learn Love, and SMART (Juniors) methodologies while embracing student-centered teaching. Grow your book and revenue to meet department goals and deliver member-centric service.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• CPR and AED Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of tennis and effective teaching styles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during tennis lessons on proper techniques, tactics and strategies to improve their overall tennis game.
• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive tennis lessons and programs to ensure students develop along a pathway that will encourage continued involvement and a positive Net Promoter Score.
• Creates exceptional member experiences by involving members with programs, tournaments and special events, fully utilizing available marketing support and tools, and ensures all tennis facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Participates in the system wide sales effort with Membership Advisors and Member Activities, ensuring tennis is an integral component of the Life Time brand.
• Attends department and “all club” meetings
