Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Tennis Pro willing to learn and grow, with the aim of earning USPTA or PTR certification. You will teach private and group lessons and implement Life Time's Play Learn Love and SMART Junior methods.

You will foster student-centered learning and rally-based teaching, grow your book and revenue to meet department goals, and deliver member-centric service to encourage repeat visits. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing development in a welcoming Life Time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certified within 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of tennis and effective teaching methods.
• Ability to work with all ages and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Instructs tennis lessons and demonstrates proper techniques.
• Develops safe, professional lessons and programs.
• Creates member experiences through events and programs.
• Supports sales efforts with Membership Advisors and department meetings.
