Job summary

Life Time in Plano, TX seeks a Tennis Receptionist to support the Tennis Coordinator and Manager by scheduling court time, educating members on programs, lessons, and equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service that encourages repeat business.

This role includes assisting with Life Shop promotions, accurate daily billing, and maintaining clean, organized facilities while building personalized member relationships.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED Certification within first 30 days of hire.
• Ability to sit, stand, reach, walk, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule lessons and court time in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explain Tennis programs, services, and equipment; assess member needs.
• Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Help keep tennis facilities and equipment clean, organized, and functional.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensure daily billing is accurate and cash is reconciled at end of shift.
• Keep Life Shop neat, stocked, and well-organized.
