Qualifications

• J.D. required with TN Bar membership.
• Minimum 3 years of Tennessee title insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze title insurance risks, underwriting issues, and regulatory concerns.
• Provide underwriting solutions to agents, sales team, and title examiners following Westcor guidelines and law.
• Handle residential and limited commercial transactions underwriting.
• Present training seminars for title agents and staff (online and in person).
• Deliver outstanding customer service while making informed underwriting decisions.
• Respond to underwriting inquiries promptly via email and phone.
• Review indemnity requests and support agent visits with sales staff statewide.
• Collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
