Westcor Global, formerly Ardán, is seeking a skilled attorney with a J.D. and a current Ohio Bar license to analyze title insurance risks and provide underwriting solutions for residential and limited commercial transactions.

You will conduct training seminars, ensure compliance with laws, and deliver excellent customer service. A minimum of five years’ Ohio real property and title insurance experience is required, with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of title insurance processes and settlement procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Ohio real property law and related regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze title insurance risks and underwriting issues with regulatory awareness.
• Provide underwriting solutions to agents, sales teams, and title examiners per guidelines.
• Handle residential and limited commercial transactions and travel for agent visits.
• Present training seminars to educate title agents and staff (online and in person).
• Deliver outstanding customer service while making sound underwriting decisions.
• Respond to indemnity requests and manage underwriting inquiries promptly.
