Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a Regional Land Acquisition VP to lead growth across the Southeast, focusing on sourcing, negotiating, and securing entitled land opportunities.

You will leverage established homebuilder relationships in Atlanta, Savannah, Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Wilmington, Myrtle Beach, and Nashville to build a multi-market pipeline and drive deals through acquisition and execution with high autonomy and direct access to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing residential land deals.
• Strong network with national/regional homebuilders, landowners and brokers.
• Deep understanding of Southeast land markets and development dynamics.
• Ability to build a multi-market pipeline and identify opportunities.

I'm partnering with a well-capitalized residential land development group looking to bring on a senior land acquisition professional to lead growth across the Southeast.

The role will focus on sourcing, negotiating, and securing entitled land opportunities, leveraging established homebuilder relationships, and driving deals through acquisition and execution.
