Qualifications

• Ability to use online GIS tools like county GIS mapper.
• Experience in finding, underwriting, and acquiring residential land.
• Experience in managing site contractors and overseeing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire land life-cycle from acquisition to completion.
• Find and purchase properties in specified counties.
• Coordinate properties' rezoning, permits, and approvals.
