Job summary

UPHoldings, LLC is seeking a Tenant Support Manager for Walnut Commons to lead tenant engagement and service delivery in Permanent Supportive Housing projects. You will collaborate with property managers, service providers, and community partners to deliver housing stability and supportive services across the community.

The role emphasizes outreach, tenant programming, and coordination of resources to meet tenants’ needs while maintaining strong community ties and ensuring program efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Permanent Supportive Housing models, Housing First principles, and trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and critical time intervention.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with tenants, property management, and service partners.
• Strong oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Tenant Support & Service Engagement: Support outreach and marketing activities to help ensure leasing needs are met.
• Advocate for tenants to connect with and maintain engagement with the lead service provider and other approved supportive service partners.
• Encourage tenants to participate in supportive services, meetings, and interventions that promote housing stability and service plan progress.
• Facilitate provider engagement and tenant enrollment in available services, programs, and community-based resources.
• Help reinforce communication between tenants, property management, and service partners to support appropriate follow-through and coordination.
• Resident Programming & Community Building: Support resident programming, onsite activities, and community-building efforts under the guidance of the Community Partnership Manager or designated leadership.
• Assist with outreach and participation efforts that increase tenant awareness of onsite and partner-led programming opportunities.
• Assist with outreach and participation efforts that increase tenant awareness of lease compliance and good neighbor modeling.
• Support tenant and community meetings intended to strengthen engagement and connection to services.
