Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct tenant support, including move-in assistance and crisis intervention.
• Meet tenants on-site to address housing stability challenges.
• Assist with move-in orientation and house rules.
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and goal planning with tenants.
• Provide advocacy and problem-solving for tenancy issues.
• Coordinate referrals to services and supports.
