Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with vulnerable populations, including homelessness, mental illness, substance use, HIV/AIDS, or related challenges.
• Experience in leasing compliance, property management, supportive housing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to residents and applicants via calls, messages, and emails.
• Maintain accurate tenant files with subsidy agencies, funders, and regulatory requirements (LIHTC, rent stabilization, etc.).
• Manage vacancies according to Lantern policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and property management to maintain a safe, supportive environment.
• Monitor occupancy and aim for at least 95% occupancy.
