Clune Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead budgeting, bidding, cost control, and client relations across construction projects from planning through closeout. • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering is preferred, but strong work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RFP responses, including developing presentations and pitches.
• Maintain effective internal team communication flow.
• Coordinate with trade partners and the design team.
• Ensure document control reporting to the client.
• Prepare accurate budgets and bids, review trade partner bids, and present pricing to the client.
• Oversee project cost control, including internal general conditions, labor, and monthly billing.
• Ensure subcontracts are precise and fully executed; obtain insurance certificates from partners.
• Coordinate with the superintendent through frequent site visits to monitor progress.
• Support project team on preconstruction, forecasting costs, and timely billings and receivables.
• Engage in business development and client relationship management at industry events.
