Clune Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead budgeting, bidding, cost control, and client relations across construction projects. You will report on financial goals, coordinate with trade partners, and ensure timely project closeout with comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RFP responses, develop presentations, and pitch proposals.
• Ensure effective internal team communication flow and coordination with trade partners.
• Communicate with the design team and clients; maintain documentation control.
• Prepare accurate budgets, bids, scope reviews, and pricing presentations.
• Monitor cost control: general conditions, labor, and change pricing with trades.
• Oversee site visits with the superintendent to monitor progress and closeout.
