Clune Construction Company, L.P. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and completion of complex construction projects.

You will lead budgets, bids, cost control, client relations, and closeout, organizing internal and external teams across the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates have 9+ years in construction project management (or 5+ with a Bachelor or 3+ with a Master), strong leadership, and proven expertise in commercial construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in a related construction field; equivalent experience considered.
• 9+ years of construction PM experience; or 5+ years with a Bachelor; or 3+ years with a Master.
• 2-3 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing all field operations: scheduling, quality control, coordinating subs.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts and budgeting from schematic design to final budget approval.
• Oversee contract reviews with owner and subcontractors.
• Direct project team and mentor junior staff.
• Manage project cost control and financial reporting.
• Cultivate client relationships and lead business development efforts.
