Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred, strong work experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management, 2-3 years in commercial construction.
• Experience with general contractor roles and all project phases.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP responses, including developing presentations.
• Ensure effective internal and external communications.
• Manage budgets, bids, and pricing presentations to clients.
• Oversee cost control, billing, and subcontract pricing.
• Coordinate with superintendent and site visits.
• Support preconstruction and client relationship management.
• Mentor interns and junior staff.
